A story made of illustrious people and personalities
Our story
La Meridiana d’Alba was born from the desire to share one of the most spectacular accommodations in the city. The history of the building that houses the B&B is very ancient. It seems, in fact, that a member of the Del Carretto family, a prominent family from the early days of the Langhe economy, was born right here in via Coppa 3. At the beginning of the 1990s the building was purchased and renovated by a family from Alba. For years it has been the headquarters of the offices of the Piedmont Region. Today it is a splendid B&B in the center of the city.
